At Elite Escapes Rentals LLC, we strive to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests. By booking and staying at our property, guests agree to the following terms:

Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during their stay. Any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment due to negligence, misuse, or intentional actions will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

Security & Damages

In the event of any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements, the cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the guest’s payment method on file.

Unauthorized Use

Any violation of house rules, including unauthorized guests, smoking indoors, or misuse of property facilities, may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay without refund.

Liability

Elite Escapes Rentals LLC is not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are encouraged to secure their valuables at all times.
